There are stories and characters that will stick with you forever. I have been reading stories since I could read and I have read a lot of them. I plan to continue to read a lot of them and I plan to love the stories and characters I read, but there are only a few characters, a few stories, that don't/won't get lost among the others. Wendy Knight's stories, her series, have done this. Don't get me wrong, her stand alones are fantastic too, but her series, Warriors of Paradesos and Fates on Fire (if you haven't read Ari and Shane's story, you really need to) will stick with me because her characters are written beautifully, dynamically and they go through so much not only to save themselves but the world. While the stories and situations are fictitious, the message is very relevant: with love, trust, hope, we can save the world. Some of her villains are truly despicable bad guys and others are people who hurt and made bad choices over and over again; people who could be any of us given the right (or wrong) circumstances and the wrong choices. Wendy Knight writes epic fiction and her characters Scout, Lil Bit, and Trey, Ari, Shane, Will, Hunter and Charity (read Fates on Fire) are characters I've fallen in love with and will stick with me.Product details

Warrior innocence review
From the first chapter to the very end, this story grabs you and doesn’t let go. The storyline is so gripping and allows you to fall in love with the characters all over again. The heartfelt love of family, friends, enemy, new friends {that will blow your mind, if you have read another series of hers}, and the bonds among foe and enemy captures your heart and doesn’t ease up throughout the story ever. A must read after reading the full series of Riders of Paradeos, and I advise you too also read Feudlings… I love Wendy Knight’s novels they are great for preteens and all ages on up. This book is truly amazing. I fell in love with it immediately, and didn’t want to stop reading until the very end. So grab something to drink, a snack, some tissues and sit down and enjoy a truly wonderful fantasy tale. Now, if only they would make it into a movie, I’d be one of the first one with a ticket..
Love this series! Love Unicorns! Love the premise! Love the writing!! Awesome!!
This is the 3rd book in the series, so for sure you need to read the previous books to get the full story, and none of the books disappoint, so definitely read them! Scout has saved many souls, but her and Trey's parents are still trapped in Aptavaras, and so are tons of other souls, and Scout will do anything to save them, even if it means going against her friends and family's opinions. As Scout, her family and friends, and the unicorns prepare for a battle against Ariston and his soul stealers, Ariston gives Scout an option that is hard for her to say no to, but not everyone is on board with Scout's plan, so dissension begins to brew. Scout needs to remain strong and true to herself in order to survive this difficult time, and when those she thought she could count on, turn away from her and lose their trust in her, she needs to dig deeper to do what she feels is right. I love this whole series! Epic battles, true love, a complex villain, and unicorns! Tons of totally awesome things! I love Wendy Knight's writing, so I will definitely be checking out more of her books!
A beautiful written conclusion by the talented Wendy Knight. A roller coaster ride of emotions so keep a tissues box handy I need some. A bonus of her long time fans the appearance of some of the main characters from her Feudling Series..
The final book focus on Scouts battle to get both Trey's and her parents back, is it worth the risk to trust Ashton and what will cost her personal. If she does take the risk will her friends and those she trains think her a traitor.

Epic fight scenes, complex characters. Love the way she brings in her characters from another series to connect the two. Also, battle unicorns. What more could you ask for?
I'm so sad to say goodbye to my friends, I loved this series so much! Getting to see some of the characters from another amazing series in Warrior Innocent was pretty awesome! I would love to have more from the characters, a follow up on what's happening now. Maybe one day we will get to see them again.
I love this series so much and am sad to have finished it. Scout will do whatever she can to save souls and prevent a war which could destroy all she holds dear. But at what price, and can she risk losing the love and trust from those closest to her heart??
Oh my Lord what a perfect ending to the series. I rarely give five stars out but can't stop myself here. This last book gave me everything I wanted - and more.
Wendy Knight is a really wonderful writer. Her characters are so well developed and grow so beautifully that you can't help but get invested in them. Add in a superb adventure and an epic climactic battle of good bs evil and, well, wow. Just wow. See others for a summary if you want to. I don't do that as I'm afraid of accidentally spoiling things, though I will say (and this should not be a shocker) that this gave me just the HEA I was looking for.
